To improve comfort during actual use, we can design and install an internal cooling fan or ventilation system according to the size, shape, and internal structure of each mascot head.

Mascot heads are usually relatively enclosed spaces. During events, performances, exhibitions, shopping mall promotions, sports games, or outdoor activities, the performer may feel warm after wearing the costume for an extended period of time. For mascot head designs that allow enough internal space, small cooling fans can be installed to improve airflow, bring fresh air into the head, and help reduce heat buildup.

An internal ventilation fan can help:

• Reduce heat and stuffiness during extended wear
• Improve the overall comfort of the performer
• Help reduce heat buildup inside the head
• Make the costume more suitable for events, exhibitions, sports games, and longer performances

The fan installation is not the same for every mascot costume. Different mascot heads vary in size, internal space, visibility area, supporting structure, and overall shape. Because of this, the position, number, and airflow direction of the fans will be designed according to the specific mascot structure.

For larger mascot heads with more internal space, one or more small fans may be installed depending on the design. For more compact head structures, the size and position of the fan must be carefully considered to avoid affecting visibility, wearing space, movement, or balance.
